Everything was exceptionally good.😊 Amazing pools, gym, sauna. In the apartment both the bed and the sofa bed is comfortable. Terrace with private sunbeds ❤️ And the animators in the kids club! Awesome entertainment! Special thanks to Andrea for making our kids so happy they want to come back here every year.

The pools are very nicely designed for people from different ages. The buffet is very delicious and healthy for both adults and children. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The kids club entertainment is enjoyable for everyone not only kids, taxi takes you to the beach, or if you prefer, just stay in the hotel, lots of fun for a day, very family friendly. The view from the hotel is fantastic.

Very clean hotel. Beautiful hotel in amazing location, 3 swimming pools - one heated, spacious not crowded. Jacuzzi. Room specious with comfy beds, quiet. Balcony with amazing view. Delicious breakfast and dinners. Bar with delicious cocktails. Good entertainment. And most important thing : amazing stuff very polite and smiling all the time.

Excellent location. There are plenty entertainments in the surroundings, good swimming pool and lovely bartender in the bar next to the swimming pool. It was lovely to get welcome bottle of wine and the box of candies! :)

Location was good as long as you were fairly mobile. About 20 mins from nearest beach, downhill going but a steep hill coming back. Fairly close to Los Cristianos bus terminal. Close to three fairly big supermarkets. Good pool bar serving drinks and food. Excellent Sunday roast with entertainment. Have to book at least 14 days in advance. Entertainment most nights. Good Swimming pool. General staff very good. Very clean near and tidy.

Stayed here to celebrate mum and her partner’s 60th birthdays - three under 30s & two 60 years old, we had a great stay, lovely villa, directly facing a supermarket which is super useful. Short walk to a few bars and restaurants. About 15 minute walk to Los Cristianos with more bars and restaurants. Lovely swimming pool, and sun-bathing area. Highly recommend for a family holiday to celebrate birthdays/anniversaries etc!

The resort is absolutely beautiful! It was immaculately clean, the staff were helpful, the buffet had a huge selection and the a la carte restaurants were pricey but worth it for the change. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature, we couldn't get our little one out he loved it that much! Also a special mention to Luicana in the kids club for being so good with our son.

Top position! Less than 15 minutes by taxi from the Airport, direct access to the beach, 30 minutes by car for from the Teide park. All inclusive hotel: very good restaurants, gym, swimming pools, day and night entertainment. If you like you can just spend the entire vacation inside the hotel. Otherwise you can easily find a way to organise excursions, trips around the island and outdoor activities. Very nice staff. We were here the 31st of December. The hotel organised a super dinner and post party.

Kids club and entertainment: Gaia and her colleagues are doing a fantastic job to entertain the little ones. Pools: Swimming pools are many and quite nice.

Kids facilities were superb: mini kids club, swimming pool and evening entertainment was fantastic ! Location is great just 15 min walk to the beach. Hotel has absolutely fantastic views of sea and mountains! Staff is excellent everywhere. Chef David left unforgettable memories to my 3 year old daughter Sofia!!! Thank you
