The staff were amazing and for sure one of our highlights from our Nusa Penida trip. Imam was extremely nice and always there to help us with any suggestions, a simple greet and smile whenever he'd see us, help us change our bikes, or anything that we needed – he was there.

Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us with the arrangement of transportation from and to the harbor, booked return ferry tickets at a special discount, rented us a motorcycle and even helped us getting cash when no single ATM in town was working. This was an absolutely great experience and we couldn’t be more thankful with Wayan and his staff. Highly recommended
