The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The evening menu was good, but the breakfast was exceptional. Nicely laid out and the quality of the foods on offer was very high, as was the cooking of it, where appropriate.

Holiday inn breakfast was always hot they had more choice and the staff were helpful, only problem we had was they had decaf tea the first day but couldn’t find any after that, it wasn’t a major problem as we always take our own, but most places do have it. I have AF and am not aloud caffeine. Chef always checked all was ok and asked if we needed anything else.KarenYoung couple

The receptionist was really very kind and gave us information about the IHG membership which no one ever gave to us in the past 2 years that we have been staying at different locations. I was travelling alone for work and felt very comfortable having dinner in the bar area and having breakfast in the restaurant on my own. (I usually avoid eating in public on my own and get room service but there was no need. This was the first time ever!) So well done Holiday Inn for making such a welcoming, delightful environment - and the food was excellent as well - not to mention the really lovely staff members who could not do enough to make guests happy.MarieSolo traveller
