Hôtel staff was friendly, polite and ready to help as they did with a climate control problem I had in my room. Nice clean room, good temperature and orthopedic mattress. Decent breakfast that saves the traveler time and money. Two minutes walk from the nearest buds station and 3 minutes from the railway station. Nice Area close to Thames with promenades. Good value for the money.

The location was great. Very comfortable bed. Loved the gym facilities and the sauna and swimming facilities. Very good breakfast, very versatile. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.
