Again nothing to disappoint with this chain of hotel. Beautiful modern, spacious rooms with breakfast included. Staff were fully aware of allergies and nothing was any trouble. Very helpful and friendly staff. Looking forward to our next hotel in York which is another of yours.

It's in the outskirts so it has a view. Also the courtyards inside the property are very comfortable. There are swings for kids and a family place to live in.

Cosy clean and comfortable with majority lovely staff at hand to help. We were given an unexpected upgrade which was super special. Thank you. Fridge in the room was a plus benefit with complimentary water and snacks. Gym was great and breakfast.
