Holiday Inn Express Auckland City Centre by IHG se nachází v dobré lokalitě v Aucklandu a poskytuje pokoje s klimatizací, fitness centrum, bezplatné Wi-Fi a bar. Dobré místo na nároží poblíž stanice autobusu, výhled z vyššího patra i snídaně v převýšeném ''piano nobile'' s výhledem na křižovatku. Pokoj byl tichý a klimatizovaný s dobrým osvětlením i vybavením.

The Holiday Inn Auckland Airport is a 5-minute drive from Auckland Airport by bus or by shuttle, and a 25-minute drive from the heart of Auckland CBD (Central Business District). As first time travelers to the Holiday Inn, Auckland Airport my wife I were very impressed with the greeting received when checking in by the front office staff member. Initally, my wife was apprehensive about staying here, having previously stayed at the Sudima on our previous visits to Auckland, but on completing the check in process she was very impressed by the friendliness of the front office staff, the offer of assistance with our bags and the location of our room. The vibe was this was going to be a great place to stay for the next 2 days and it certainly lived up to all our expectations! The breakfast from the Vapor Restaurant is extensive and we would strongly recommend that when making a booking that you add the breakfast to the booking. We also tried the buffet dinner which also very nice. As for the wait staff at Vapor Restaurant they were very professional and they were more than happy to assist and showed great customer service skills while multi-taking various roles in the restaurant. In particular my wife wishes to give a "shout out" to the young Somoan lady who was working on the morning of Monday, 3/11/25 in the restaurant as she had inadvertly left her mobile phone on the the table in the corner near the breafast bar with a large amount of cash inside. After searching for a while for her phone without success and asking the front office whether a mobile phone had been handed in, my wife headed back to the restaurant and thankfully this young lady had taken it upon herself to secure the phone until my wife collected it. My wife says a big thank to you! Furthermore, my wife would also like to acknowledge the housekeeping staff, Lakhwinder, Front Office Manager and Lusia, Front Office Team in securing and making arrangement for the safe return of several pieces of jewellery that had been left behind in the room safe.
