Featuring guest rooms with balconies and a beautiful outdoor pool facility, Holiday Inn Express Grover Beach-Pismo Beach Area is located just off Highway 101 and less than 2.4 km from downtown Grover Beach. Friendly check in staff. Comfortable room especially the large bed. Good breakfast will plenty of choice. Free parking. Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel had everything we needed.

The property was very well kept, I often saw people cleaning the property or restocking the coffee and water. This is the cleanest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Also, the desk workers were very personable and made me feel very welcome there.
Breakfast was very good; better than some other locations and much better than Holiday Inn Express
Holiday Inn is my best hotel
Holiday Inn is always a sure value for cleanliness, comfort and safety. It didn’t disappoint. Really dog friendly not like other places that tolerate dogs… Great breakfast included.
