We had a fantastic stay at CitySuites Salzburg! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — perfect for our time in the city. Communication with Yongwei was always smooth and friendly; was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, and really made us feel welcome. Overall, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. Would absolutely recommend CitySuites to anyone visiting Salzburg, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Better price than other stay’s near Salzburg Good system in place for guests to easily check in quick, but more of small business or a hostel type feel than an accommodation. Nice view from street, Very clean and as advertised in terms of surface level appearance. Host was kind enough to provide us a boiled water and cups which they weren’t obligated to and that’s why this review is a 6/10 and not a 4/10
