We spent just one night at Bergpension Battagliahütte, and we are absolutely thrilled with this place! The views and the surrounding nature are simply breathtaking — it’s like stepping into a postcard. A special thank you to the host and his family for their incredible hospitality. They made us feel so welcome, and the atmosphere was very warm and heartfelt. We had such a wonderful time here and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable stay!

The rooms were huge! Plenty of space to do yoga or workout (but take a room on ground floor or else it will be noisy for those beneath you.) Loved having access to a full kitchen. Loved how quaint and full of character the place was. If you enjoy rustic places that have personality then this place is for you. Also the hosts were absolutely lovely.

We were traveling by train and needed a place near the train station for one night. We knew it was under construction and the shower wasn’t in the unit. The private WC was in our room. The host responded immediately to any questions. There was a full kitchen and washer/dryer set. We didn’t use these because we ended up taking an earlier train out the next day. Price was great for our purposes. The unit was CLEAN and comfortable.
