The staff was really nice and friendly! Also, the rooms were really clean and with amazing views!! It was probably the best place we stayed in the entire trip!! Definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Lala. Daniela is very sweet and helpful and is an amazing host. She stays in the apartment below and is available in case we need any help. She is available via phone and messages whenever we need. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything when we checked in. She was also kind enough to store our luggage after check out (our flight was later in the evening). She even carried our heavy luggage down the stairs and left it out for us to collect it near the main entrance to the apartment, which was very sweet of her. The apartment is very comfortable. There were sufficient vessels and dishes for basic cooking. There is a coffee machine with amazing coffee (The coffee pods were provided). There is also a toaster and microwave oven with grilling facility. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous! The Interlaken guest card is provided after checking in and is valid for your length of stay. The usage of public transport within the Interlaken area is free of cost with this card. The nearest bus station is just 2 mins away and is named "fussweg spital". The Interlaken West train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment or 2 stops away by bus. The apartment is very near to the hospital (Spital Interlaken). There is a side gate entrance which is closer to the apartment than the main entrance especially when you have heavy luggage.

Excellent location and the host was also super nice. He greeted us in person and patiently explained and recommended to us local activities and traveling tips. The room was superb and clean.

Nice location, a few min walk to train station. There's a Chinese restaurant and an Indian restaurant downstairs.

A special place, we will remember our stay for a very long time :)
