This was the perfect place for me to stay while hiking in the area, although my wife had to cancel due to foot injuries. The host was friendly and knowledgeable about trail conditions following the recent floods, which delayed my arrival, but she informed me about road conditions by phone and messaging. She assisted my befriending another solo international traveler, even though we had no common language - a memory to last a lifetime. Good food proportioned to each guest's needs. Very clean and quiet. I'm already thinking about ways to return, maybe with my wife and a couple hiking buddies.

This property was amazing. I made a spontaneous decision to ski in Zermatt for the weekend and found this place for a lower price, so didn’t expect too much. But it ended up being one of my favorite stays ever. The facilities are top notch and cozy, the spa amazing, the breakfast plentiful, the bar drinks unique and tasty. On top of this, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, from the receptionists to the breakfast servers. They even let me pay a small additional daily fee to use the main building’s spa despite staying in the guesthouse. I would recommend this to everyone and hope to stay again myself!

I loved how it was so clean and modern. It looked to be newly renovated. It was also close to downtown and the amazing buffet breakfast was included.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It's apparently a 4th generation of family ownership. The room has a spectacular view and was comfortable and private. The breakfast had everything you wanted to start your day, and dinner is a fine dining experience with innovative offerings. It is also possible to ski to and from the hotel. There's a free shuttle into town
