Casa Taupe is a beautiful place, the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was high season but we felt like at home. The cabin had everything we needed and Roberto made our stay comfortable and pain free. There is a nice restaurant nearby and an affordable super market! Overall a great experience, will definitively come back!

Location is excellent. Very short walk to the beach and surf. Clean room. It had everything you need. Comfortable beds, strong AC, kitchen with everything you need to cook. Property felt safe and secured. Pool was also nice for a dip to cool off with outside shower. And to top it all off, Henri is a wonderfully gracious kind accommodating host. And also extremely funny! If you want awesome vibes and be close to beach with all the amenities definitely stay here.

Best sunset on the beach! The Fenix was just purchased by the new owners and they were starting some renos but our stay was really enjoyable even with the little bit of construction going on. The rooms are a good size and have small kitchens which is great. The location is awesome and you can walk to beach restaurants and the downtown area. There is also fresh fish and a small store right behind the Fenix. The outside sitting area is fantastic....so comfortable and the sunsets are absolutely awesome. New owners mentioned they were thinking of some upgrades including A/C which would be great too. We plan on going back for sure (and bringing wine....inside joke with new owners!)
