Very nice historical building with original wooden staircase, floors and ceilings as well as top of the top room facilities. The place is centrally located in a walking distance to the center. The young people at reception were very kind and informative. Breakfast was also top of the top, well prepared by order and the most tasty were have had for many years traveling in Europe.

I stay in Olomouc for several months at a time frequently so I have stayed in many different hotels, pensions and private rentals in the city. I just stayed here for several months and the staff and location are exceptional! We had a studio with a kitchen which had a stovetop/oven, mini fridge, a few plates, bowls, cups, flatware and pans. There was also some dish soap and towel in the kitchen as well as salt, pepper & sugar. The walk in closet was very large and the bed comfortable. I recall another review possibly mentioning the street noise and we were on the first floor (2nd floor if you're American) facing the street. We could hear the tram pass or if someone yelled very loudly outside, however, it overall was quiet and the tram wasn't loud enough to wake us up during the night or keep our toddler from napping during the day. Every request we had was handled quickly by the very friendly staff. There is no elevator in this historic building but they do have a gate they lock at night for safety, not that it's needed because this is a safe area and Olomouc is a very safe city to begin with. It is best to let them know ahead of time if you'd like breakfast the next day. They have 5 parking spots in the back (through a carriage way that is the entrance) and back there is also where the reception and breakfast are at. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance as well as many restaurants and other shops, as you are right in the city center. At the corner is also an area where many of the busses & trams pick up/drop off there for the city center so it's a great location overall.
