The stay at Lochnagar was beyond my expectations (which were high after reading many reviews). The place is charming, very tidy, clean, quiet and comfortable. Location was also very convenient for me - on a quiet street, but 5-10 minutes from anywhere (city center, bust station, train station, Union Square mall). In addition, Neil, the host was especially kind and highly responsive, reaching out before my arrival and during my stay.

It was a great stay, the ower was very friendly and was welcomming us with open arms. Gave us a tour of the house explaining were everything was, and how to get in and out and just consider this our home. Our stay included breakfast and there was both a buffet and hot breakfast made to order. All in all a great stay.

The living room is great for reading or tv watching. There are books, warm, cozy blanket throws, and plenty of theow pillows for comfort. The furniture is incredibly comfortable and includes reclining chairs. A simply wonderful feeling in this room. The bedroom was spic and span clean with comfortable bed and down comforters. It was quiet. The breakfast was a very filling one made for when you said you wanted it. Parking is right behind the house and is free and secure. A great spot in a busy city.
