Our host was very very accommodating. The first thing he did was help us get our laundry all done, and it smells so good.

The privately-owned No 5 Pilmour is located within 328 feet of the historic St Andrews Links Golf Course and a 2-minute stroll from the heart of St Andrews.

Breakfast was delicious with home made granola, and bread with lovely home made jam. The full scottish breakfast was superb. The conservatory was a beautiful place to eat and to view the gorgeous well kept garden (to which guests have access). The house has been beautifully furnished and much thought has been given to the interesting art. The hosts go absolutely above and beyond to make their guests comfortable and nothing was too much trouble, even down to the variety of gins in the honesty bar! Would definitely recommend.

Loved the area, and it was a great location for visiting the surrounding area. Even Dundee was only around 15 minutes away. The breakfast was really good. This set us up for the day ahead.

The Old Boathouse enjoys a location in Wormit, 4 miles from Discovery Point and 12 miles from St Andrews University.

Bed was so comfortable. Shower was great. Morning tea/coffee tray was quite stocked. Walked into town for breakfast. Awesome cafe.
