Has everything you need for the stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Parking is free in the street. Stuart gave us good company and had engaging conversations. His pet dog Ole was also super friendly.

Breakfast was delicious with home made granola, and bread with lovely home made jam. The full scottish breakfast was superb. The conservatory was a beautiful place to eat and to view the gorgeous well kept garden (to which guests have access). The house has been beautifully furnished and much thought has been given to the interesting art. The hosts go absolutely above and beyond to make their guests comfortable and nothing was too much trouble, even down to the variety of gins in the honesty bar! Would definitely recommend.

Very beautiful and stately. Immaculately groomed home with a peaceful garden area. Beautifully landscaped yard. Breakfast was amazing, great, stupendous! The homemade bread deserves special commendation as possibly the best ever baked. Owners Karen and Thomas are most welcoming.

The Old Boathouse enjoys a location in Wormit, 4 miles from Discovery Point and 12 miles from St Andrews University.

Bed was so comfortable. Shower was great. Morning tea/coffee tray was quite stocked. Walked into town for breakfast. Awesome cafe.
