Everything was perfect during our one-night stay in Elgin. In fact, we arrived quite late, and the owner was still waiting for us, eager to talk to us and attend our needs. Each space in the Guest House was clean and tidy; the room was comfortable and had all we needed and more. The location was also perfect, walkable to plenty of restaurants. We definitely recommend it!!!!

This was a perfect place to experience Speyside! Our beds were so comfy, and our bathroom floor was heated! It was also so nice to come back and have a dram at the bar and meet other travelers.

Spacious room, bathroom and kitchenette with lots of amenities. Very clean and Pippa was very friendly and attentive. It’s a little out of the way, but totally worth it!

If I could give this an 11 I would. The room was super comfortable , private, quiet, spotless, great bed with an incredible bathing area. The owners were more than friendly;they made us feel welcome and genuinely cared. After several days when we needed to leave VERY early to travel Graham met us personally at 6 am to help us with our bags. Breakfast was served family style… this was a true inn. The area is just far enough from a small town to give the feeling of staying in a real Scottish estate. If you’re going to the Speyside area, this should be your first choice.

The hosts are wonderful, very friendly and nice. We can definitely recommend to stay here. We got a delicious cooked breakfast, the room was beautiful, freshly renovated with nice bathroom. At our next stay in Elgin we will definitely stay there again if possible.

The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Very nice host. Very clean guest house, minutes from the pedestrian downtown. On site parking is a plus. I definitely recommend.
