The house was so cute and the room super clean and charming. I loved it and could live in a place like this - didn’t feel like a hotel. A bus stop was feet away - so easy and cheap to get to airport! Easy to get into city but took an hour.

When I rang the property to tell them they just kept telling me that I must be at the wrong place, even though the owners of the place I had arrived at confirmed I was at the address that had been sent to us. I assumed I had been scammed. After I had arranged other accomodation, the property rang me and admitted their mistake but have refused to give me a refund. There was something not right about the whole experience.

Bus stop was right opposite the homestay. There were food and convenience shops right next door and a McDonalds just 5 mins walk away.

I thought it was a hotel. It was in fact a private home with a code to enter. I could not enter the code as the owner asked for 15 pounds for early entry. I paid and the code I was sent did not open the door. It was all DIY -there was nobody there to assist. I did not get that from the advert. I tried 3 different codes and phoned the owner several times. He was not helpful.
