The room is comfortable, looks exactly like in the pictures, with a nice design and is clean. I liked the bathroom the most (the size, the shower cabin, permanent hot water). The owner is friendly and always willing to help you if needed. There is a small beach just across the road from the property. It would have been perfect if there were some sunbeds :)

Great place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Owners are amazing people and super helpful. I got greeted with a smile and open arms, a bowl of freshly picked plums and figs, as well as home baked angel cake. How does it get any better than that? Oh wait - it does...location is perfect...close to Samothraki city, port and Garden of Gods. Plus a beautiful spot to watch sunrise AND sunset over the sea. So blessed to have found this place 🙏

it is conveniently located close to the main city (harbor) surrounded by very peaceful and quite fields with amble parking space. Everything was working properly in the rooms. Hot water, AC and the small refrigerator added to the comfort of our stay. The balcony offered a nice place to relax in the morning and a place to dry towels and swimwear after our trips to the beach. Stuff was very hospital and discreat and treated us warmly.

The price was reasonable, especially considering the short distance to the port (something like a 10-min walk). The rooms were clean and well equipped (for the price level). Wide, comfortable beds. Pleasant view from the balcony, and overall nice natural ambience. The owner was polite and efficient.

Everything about AVRA was perfect for me. The place itself is totally quiet at night, but it's only a few minute walk into town, the cafe that's open late, and tavernas everywhere. And only a 10 minute walk to sublime waterfalls. The room was clean and cleaned with linen changed regularly. Air conditioning (which helps in the summer months) worked flawlessly and there's a kitchen to use if want and a table outside. And Mike and his Mom (who doesn't speak much english but had a warm smile every time i saw her) are great. Mike took care of anything needed and was always on top of any request. Beautiful locals amongst incredible nature. Highly recommend AVRA and will be in touch when i'm back.

Stergiou is a lovely and welcoming man, everything we needed help with was immediately addressed. The location is wonderfully close to hot springs and marvelous waterfalls and quiet.
