Fantastic location and beautiful property. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were exceptionally helpful . Or room with a balcony was lovely . Breakfast was a highlight amd relaxing sitting by the pool .

Super nice view to the sea and mountains from the balcony. The place was very clean and the host was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient, AC was working well, location was nice and quiet. Overall 10/10, really enjoyed our stay!

Located 400m (slighty uphill) from the beach, Villa Šimović is a great place to spend your holiday in Baška Voda. It features both rooms with shared kitchen and some apartments with private ones. Free parking was also a big plus. Our apartment had everything we needed during our stay (even if it was short). Big props for the host who made our stay pleasant.
