Traveler guys from all over the world , if you’re looking for something very special and unforgettable, stay here! I was sure we were going to have a special experience here when I had booked, but the reality went far over our expectations. Jar, the owner and his lovely family are all wonderful people who made us feel at home from the first moment, and they speak English well, so we could also learn a lot about the life in Lombok. We got the most delicious food every day that Mimi (his sister) cooked for us, and could also explore the island from here, thanks to Jar’s help and guidance, and the central location of the place (only 15 mins drive from central Tete Batu). The place (and also the neighborhood) is clean, comfortable, and due to the higher altitude of the village, airconditioning is absolutely not needed. It’s a genuine local experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it, even for longer stays. I can say only the bests about our time at Zinzi’s and hope we will have the opportunity to go back in the future.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful, our new friend Datu took us on several local trips which was a wonderful and unique experience. We met very friendly people from the village who showed us how to make coconut oil and offered us lunch, we saw the rice fields, springs and cooked dinner together with a family. Also the owner Abdul was very helpful with the transportation to our next location. We will never forget these couple of days! The room is simple but nice and in a beautiful area. If you want to experience real local Indonesian life, go here!

Such a loving and caring family. The room was very fresh and new with a very powerful ceiling fan to cool the place off. Being in the middle of a rice field was a very unique experience. It was very quiet and peaceful. Egi and Ika were so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Ika's cooking was exceptional. They sure fed us well! The kids were so sweet and fun to play with. We had a blast singing along with Egi while he played his guitar, he is so talented and so it was so nice to end the night that way. The tour options were great and we loved the bamboo spot. We were able to schedule a ride to Bangsal with Egi. Thank you for being our home away from home and filling our hearts up on our trip. You guys are the best and we love you so much.

Hands down one of the nicest stays I've ever had. The bungalow is beautiful with a huge window looking out on the rice fields and jungle exactly where the sun sets too - incredible! Lovely spacious bathroom and a porch to relax and have your meals. The family that own the place are so kind and helpful. I even helped them to plant rice one morning and they generously shared their food with me. All the comforts of a modern cabin with all the warmth of a homestay. You can hear the sounds of the stream nearby which is so peaceful. Away from the mosques too so the call to prayer is not too loud. The bed was SUPER comfortable. I slept so well here and will truly miss this place.
