The b&b is ideally located at the gate of Cork. Then you can leave your car in the parking and take the bus to the city center which is just in front of it. We were a family of 4 and had a big comfy room for ourselves. We had a splendid breakfast in the morning and the staff took good care of us

Staying at the Fern house felt a bit like visiting friends, as we could use their kitchen, have breakfast and dinner in the winter garden, and watch movies in the living room. It's a lovely old house with a modern and functional interior - and Áine is the nicest host you can imagine.

Extremely clean room and a super comfortable bed. Lots of natural light but also strong enough curtains to darken the room when needed. Bathroom was a good size with a great vanity mirror and powerful hot shower. TV had a wide range of streaming platforms available as well as local channels.

Very friendly and helpful host, delicious breakfast, very nice and spacious room, liked the bathroom and the location as buses and trains are quite close by. Usually got welcomed by a sweet doggo on arrival back to the premises.

Friendly staff and it was clean. Liquid soap and shower gel provided. Kettle with some coffee in the room. The location was super handy too as I was arriving by train and it's literally 3 minute walk from there.
