Outstanding accomodation impeccably presented. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable rooms, with excellent communal kitchen/dining/lounge shared with three other rooms in the block. I was nervous thinking this may have been student accommodation rented out during break time, but it is not. Much higher standard rooms they use for visiting academics and families, and let out commercially when not being used. Access to oarking on site was not an issue.

The listing on Booking.com says nothing about kitchen privileges. It turns out this property gives guests complete access to the kitchen, including appliances, cookware, utensils, and tables to sit on. The host even puts out some cold cereal and bread for toast for guests who would like a free breakfast. Definitely made the stay more enjoyable!

With free Wi-Fi throughout and private parking on site, this guest house has a peaceful reading room and a breakfast room overlooking Bunratty village. Shannon Airport is only 10 minutes’ drive away.

We were able to use the whole apartment which was nice, it was very clean and comfortable and a great location. The host was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing. Miriam and Louise go above and beyond to make their guest feel special. It was my anniversary but my husband was not feeling well so Miriam chatted with me during breakfast about the history of bank, things to see and do and life in Ireland. It was a perfect place.

Jack and his wife Sue are fantastic hosts! They were willing to chat for hours or leave us to do our own thing. We coordinated a time for breakfast then came down for a delicious home cooked meal. Meeting the puppies was also a fun bonus!
