The room was spacious,clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable.Mr n Mrs lobos(owner of the place ) both were very friendly and helpful n were there for every need of mine .They were amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.

Denis is always accommodating to all requests and delivers excellent services. it is highly recommended for all those who love a peaceful and clean environment to relax and rejuvenate. He even had a dedicated site for a campfire to beat the cold nights. It's not too fancy but has all the basic required amenities that will fulfill your vacation requirements and will surely be affordable on your budget.

United StatesThe apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has big balconies that are prefect for relaxing and reading. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood for great relaxation. Pretty and quiet beach with some beach shacks ehth good food only a 5 minute walk from the property. Also a very good restaurant a 5 minute walk in the other direction. For me it was great for the end of my trip before going to Dabolim Airport. I could see it as a great location to start the trip and settle into Goa after landing in the South. Also great for couples and groups who want access to all the beach amenities but far smaller crowds.
