I loved everything! Starting from the amazing, helpful, nice hotel staff to every detail of the room. The hotel is new, everything is very well maintained and sparkling clean. Room was spacious and had all the facilities and toileters one needs. The view from windows was very pleasant, as the property is located in a smaller street, but just a few steps from the bigger street with many shops and great restaurants. About 10-15 mins walk from the beach. I really loved the stay here :)

Sukun heritage is such a beautifully maintained property providing traditional atmosphere and comfort. It is tucked in a slightly distant area from the center of the city, but for us it was perfect as we got to have peaceful time there. Home cooked breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed thoroughly. The host Vikas was very helpful giving us some recommendations and even showing us around his family temple that is just nearby the hotel. We visited on 30th to 31st Dec and we were told that Theyyam performances happen around new year days in that temple itself. Unfortunately time did not allow us to witness Theyyam this time, but I imagine it would have been a wonderful experience. The effort of preserving a heritage house is very inspiring and we were so happy to have stayed there.
