It's a new property, everything is new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable. The owner, Raju, and his wife are super friendly and go out of their way to help make one's stay as comfortable as possible. You get the feeling of being with family, they take very good care of their guests and help with things such as renting a scooter, rickshaw etc. It's in a new and upcoming location, you can reach the main temple in 10 minutes by scooter or rickshaw.

We had an amazing experience staying at Shankar Homestay during our trip to Hampi. It’s one of the best homestays we’ve come across in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and the overall vibe. The rooms were spotless, with beautiful interiors, soft and cozy bedsheets, comfortable blankets, and warm lighting. They even provided toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch. Everything felt well-maintained and worth every penny. The outdoor area felt like a mini farmhouse—clean, peaceful, and with a charming village-like vibe. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Hampi. The hosts, Ramu and his wife Kavitha, were amazing. They were friendly, warm, and always ready to help, which made us feel right at home. The location is great—away from the noisy tourist areas but just a 4-minute drive to all the main attractions in Hampi. A special mention goes to Mr. Anjaneya, or Anji, a family friend of the hosts. He drove us around in his auto-rickshaw and was more than just a driver—he was like a guide. He took us on a tour of Hampi, suggested the best places to eat non-veg food, and even helped us rent a bike. His tips and guidance made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Shankar Homestay is a perfect blend of comfort, great hospitality, and a peaceful vibe. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hampi!

This property was good for staying in Hampi, recommended..room was very maintain clean and hygiene and here owner was polite and respectful and he help you lot for Hampi sightseeing and he'll make arrangements for auto they show all the ASI monument in hampi he make better plan to roam all the monument for 2 days.. Hampi Green Hills is a new guesthouse located in North Hampi between Sanapur and Basapur. I had a great stay at this place! Though it's a new property with a few finishing touches still in progress, it was incredibly clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious, with a large window offering a lovely view of the fields—such a peaceful setting. The attached bathroom had hot water, and the bed was super comfy with fresh cotton bedsheets, making for a great night's sleep. While the location is not too far from the village, having your own transport is definitely helpful. The staff were very nice - they waited for my late check-in and even helped arrange transport, which I really appreciated. For the price, this stay was an absolute steal. Highly recommended!
