Beautifully set up place. In very good condition and thoroughly clean. No mold or dampness in the room. Stunning view of the Kanchenjunga mountain from the rooms and the balconies. Super friendly and helpful owners. Nice location a little up the hill, yet close to the center.

Had a fantastic stay at this place! The landlord was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Loved the breakfast and view, and the location was perfect for exploring. Can’t wait to come back!

I had the most memorable and restful stay at 11 Monteviot. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The room was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped, offering a scenic view of tea gardens and misty mountains. The bed was cozy, complete with a heated pad and blankets – useful for chilly evenings. One of the highlights was the option to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals made with fresh produce from Tuhina Aunty’s garden. I also can’t forget Ballu, the family dog, who was friendly and welcoming. What truly made my visit unforgettable, though, was the wonderful company. Tuhina Aunty and Parimal Uncle, the owners of 11 Monteviot, were not only warm and inviting but also full of fascinating stories from their life on tea estates. I loved learning about the Indian tea industry over cups of tea and shared dinners. They also offered great recommendations for nearby places to explore and even helped arrange transportation, making my stay feel convenient and also safe. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway, I can’t recommend 11 Monteviot enough. Thank you so much, Tuhina Aunty and Parimal Uncle, for making my visit special. I hope to come back again

    If someone wants serenity, Sewan's Homestay in Mirik is the place to be. The room was meticulously arranged. The balcony had a great view of the lake. The house has so many interesting books. The reading room is intricately arranged. The food that was served was also very homely. Everything was clean.

    Warmth of the owners is the USP of the Homestay. Location which is on the side of the lake is very convenient. Food is homely and also you can cook your food if you want .What impressed me much was their behavior. It was wonderful and happy experience staying at this Homestay.

    What an amazing stay we had at Pradhan homestay. Not only the room was clean, neat and big but the family gave us exceptional hospitality and delicious food. More than a stay this is an experience of passionate people hosting you. The location is quiet and in the greenery part of the lake, which allows nice walks around the lake and in the jungle. Derei dhaniabat Prabhan family !

    Very very neat and clean. The linens were very clean. Good view of Mirik Lake and surroundings from the balcony. Though on a steep climb, our car could reach upto the door of the home stay. The food was simple home cooked and hot. Served quality Darjeeling tea in big cups. Slippers were available. Nice sitting area with a wide choice of books. Punctual about dinner and breakfast time. Tshiden was very helpful and accommodating. The homestay was in a residential quiet area.
