Love this place. I felt been part of history. Stuff is wonderful. I mer the owner. A portuguse indian and others spoke portuguese. Very close by the church and tourist attractions.

I have been on 30+ stays on booking.com and this was by far one of the best. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the room was light, the panorama in the balcony is beautiful. Not only that, the owner was very kind to help to book a taxi, book us 2 tour programs at a very good price and help with any inconveniences. And everything at a very affordable price. So if you see that rooms at this place are available, this is your last time to book it, you wont find anything better in Goa.

Really amazing place to stay, I felt like a celebrity or something in a luxury resort! Massive rooms, very peaceful vibes being away from the streets and by the jungle, and yet only like 10 mins walk to beach. Sajjan was an incredible host too, really goes out of his way to look after you and make sure you're all good. Food was really tasty too - pretty cheap, high quality, and I think fairly healthy (I miss it already!). In my room wifi signal was also good (I was on a work trip, and had no issues connecting at anytime - not sure if it's the same in all rooms though). Recommend this place highly.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality Glen. See you

    Deric was a great host, so welcoming and accommodating. We extended our stay and arrived very late because our flight was delayed. Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Deric sat with us at breakfast on our first morning and gave excellent local suggestions! Breakfast was lovely aswell, lots of variety to choose from. A lovely homestay, I would stay here again!
