Location and service was great ! Hospitals was warm and not over bearing. Rooms are very clean and everything. Water pressure was great . The view outside is fantastic, we could see the Duomo. Everything was handled with efficiency and professionalism . Hope to return in the future :)

We loved the proximity to the Duomo, easy walk to the train station, very centrally located! Very nice building, easy to check in. Room was clean, bathroom was a good size, bed was comfortable, room was a good size!

Such a lovely boutique hotel! Our room felt as if we were sleeping in a gallery. We had a view of the Duomo and the square below. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. You really don't need a restaurant in the hotel as there are so many options right outside the door. We needed ice for our room, and the staff provided it, as well as fresh water. The lighting in the room was great and there were 'stars' over the bathtub! Make sure to see the Boboli Gardens. It's a nice walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

    Quiet and so peaceful but so close (3 minutes) to the Duomo and therefore the rest of this city’s beautiful centre. Patrick is a great host and wet loved the feeling of staying in a private home rather than a hotel. Our room was enormous and full of character. A totally unique stay.
