Very friendly, great breakfast, very clean and comfy. Only minis point is a separate bathroom, but the bathroom was excellent even though it was upstairs

Great spot in old town Rimini. Right on the main shopping street with access to lots of restaurants and cafes. There’s also a grocery store around the corner and the market is close by. Easy access tot eh train station and a 20-30 min walk to the beaches. Place is comfortable and clean with amenities needed. Host is very helpful
