Everything was so well fixed up until the details. Loved the old building, but also that every facility was very modern. Think about a good bed, an airconditioning, a good bathroom, etc. There was even a fridge and a water kettle in the room. Exceptional was also the lovely hostess and the way she mentioned there was no real breakfast, weather in fact, there was. The surprised us with home-made vegan cake and vegan croissants. Finally, the village of Gravedona is very pittoreske and the accommodation is very centrally located in an area with cute alleys. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Great hosts and a great location. 5 minutes to the lake and 15 minutes to a busy beach with lots to do for young and old. We loved hiring a small boat for a few hours and canyoning up in the mountains. The apartment was simple but perfectly did the job. Beautiful garden.

Everything at Rosina house was amazing. The location and view across the valley and lake were stunning. The host Andrea was simply wonderful so helpful and kind. He drove us to the train station as it's quite a walk and we had no car. I would love to stay in this beautiful place again.

It was right on the lake with the most spectacular views, and away from the main tourist areas on the lake. It was walkable to several cute restaurants and also right across from the boat dock in Gravedona, where you can ride across the lake to all of the other towns. The building is exactly what you picture of when you think of a small European hotel. If you’re used to staying in four-star hotels with elevators, this is not the place for you. You will have to carry your bags up stairs to get to your room.

It was relaxing and out of the main tourist area - but only a short 15-20 minute walk from the ferry or train. Mr. Enzo was an exceptional host who made sure his guests have everything they need (and, if you don’t feel like walking - he might just come pick you up!) The view was lovely. after traveling in Italy for 4 weeks - this was the reprieve I needed. the little pool was perfect after a long day too - doesn’t seem like much until you get in it! Hope to visit again! Maybe in the winter for snowboarding.
