PearlDrop in Mirissa was an excellent experience. The room was spotless, with everyone going barefoot to keep beach sand out. Hot water, a great balcony with a beach view, good AC, and perfect lighting made the stay comfortable. The large mirror was a nice touch. Eranga and the staff were extremely helpful, assisting with our whale and dolphin tour and offering great advice. The breakfast was top-notch in both quality and quantity. Highly recommended!

The Surf Lodge is beautifully decorated with a lot of love and taste. It offers amazing breakfast and a direct access to the beach. It is managed by the super kind Che who was always very attentive to help us organize a few things around the area. What we particularly loved about the hotel (apart from the amazing spacious rooms and the delicious (vegetarian) food) was that it is Che’s family home and has such a friendly and calming vibe :) it’s only a short walk to local restaurants and bars and Madiha’s main beach is also only a few minutes away. Thanks for having us :)

Absolutely in love with the place that Wounderfull couple is managing! The whole team made out stay incredible and unforgettable, the varied so much about us almost every moment we stepped out of the room. Mr and Mrs Dias are always in the hotel, approachable if you need something. The hotel has a great security, it is not easy for strangers to come in. Also it is located on the Main Street it is very quiet and we slept well. The beach and some good restaurants are just couple minutes walk. The room was clean with everything you need, comfortable beds, hot shower with very good water pressure. Breakfast was very good with small compliments from the chef. We really enjoyed the place and would love to come back to this particular hotel next time we visit Sri Lanka.

1. The location is very nice, right across the street you find a passage to the beach, after a few minutes walking you are at the turtle beach and parrot rock. Next to it is Mirissa beach. On the other side, 5 min walk to the coconut beach where is perfect view of sunset. Also worth mentioning, right next door there is a shop for water. And opposite there is a fruit bar, everyday we grab a cool coconut before going back to the room. 2. The room is very spacious! Plenty of space to store our luggage and stuff. Nice balcony also. The pillow is soooo comfortable. Everything else was new and in good condition. Room was very clean as well. We were provided also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. 3. The hosts are so nice and kind! They always smile and have been very helpful! 4. The garden also has place to hang and dry tithe clothes.

The breakfast each morning was great and had really healthy options. The location is perfect and is around 200m from a quiet beach. The property itself was always very clean and was nice to come back to after a long day.
