The owner is extremely friendly and was able to help us with some last minute travel arrangements. 10/10 if I’m ever in Ella again this would be my first choice.

United StatesWhat a kind family! They picked me up from the train station and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived with tea and conversation. The property is about 7 minutes by tuk tuk to Ella city, so it is deep in the jungle and very quiet and relaxing. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the water heats up nicely. The breakfast was HUGE and I even had leftovers for lunch. Their son even offered to take me to Ella Rock (about an hour hike from the property) & we left at 4:30am to make sunrise…it was an incredible experience. By the time I left, I felt like family. :)

AustraliaAbsolutely dreamy property and just such a respite from traveling. The photos are true of the property: it has a stunning view of the big valley underlying Ella Rock, making it a true refuge and place to spend time watching the depths of the valley and the clouds come in.
Additionally, Teesha, Petr and Varuna are all fantastic hosts and the latter serves a mean, ample breakfast. They are also animal lovers, which to me is the highest compliment, and have two stunning dogs that enrich the stay even more. Favourite place of the trip so far! If I'm back Ella way I'll be back here.

Lovely host family, very welcoming. Amazing views from the terraces on each level. Rooms are comfortable with hot water showers and air con.
Great breakfast in the morning. We asked for omelettes the second day and this was not a problem.
Just bear in mind there is a very steep hill down to the accommodation so bear in mind if you have any difficulty mobility wise.
The Main Street is very close for restaurants etc and the walk to the nine arch bridge and little Adam’s peak is quite close from the homestay.

Great place, just out of town,ealkable or plenty of tuktuks avail. just a note,its up a few flights of stairs so would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access. Beautiful views, wonderful breakfast. Lovely host family.

This is a beautiful homestay where you can relax, the room terrace is big and has an amazing view where you can also enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, taste and the best part is that they make it. The host family is incredible and help you in every moment. I wish them all the best for the future.
