Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners are a sweet couple who take pride in providing the extra comforts of home. The tuktuk service they provide is convenient. Highly recommend using for the trip to Ambuluwawa Tower!!! The location is away from the busy streets so it was quiet at night.

Very clean and comfortable room with air condition, warm water (even it was raining and cloudy weather), modern bathroom, fast and stable WLAN, mosquito nets at the windows and the possibility to close the windows completely as it was relatively cold weather. Breakfast was outstanding and we were asked of our wishes. We have chosen a mix of continental and Sri Lanka breakfast and got a delicious meal. Thank you Kumudu for the very nice stay at your house !

Amazing place! We stay there for one night only, and we regret that we didnt plan more days there. People are very gently, room was really clean and they cook amazing dinners and breakfast. View from our room was excellent! Best hotel that we got in Sri-Lanka

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to public transport, shops. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly. There is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside. Room rates are reasonable. The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Kandy eagle villa exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it! Thank you!

    An absolute gem of a homestay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the room and the bathroom — spotlessly clean, the bed — comfy, dinner and breakfast that the lady owner cooked for me — filling and tasty. What more is there to ask for?

    The owner were very helpfull, they picked us from the busstation for free. It's possible to get tasty local food (breakfast, lunch & dinner). It's possible to fly the drone from the rooftop or doing Yoga. We would recommend the homestay.
