Cleanest place in SE Asia so far. AC and hot water worked great in queen with attached bath. Wifi fast. Cold and hot water dispenser, kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine in common area. You have to be able to do self checkin with Whatsapp.

House was spacious with 4 rooms and comes with additional bed at the hall on the 2nd floor. Aircon was cold and beds was comfortable. There's a security guard house at the entrance of the housing area so it's quite safe. The area was laid back and with a mosque nearby, the sound of Azan adds on to the peaceful ambiance.
