The owner was amazing! We had issues because of our flight and the owner looked out for us, caring above and beyond for our safety and wellbeing. Everything was clean and new, or has been kept polished, there's a store right across the Vila, and generally everything is close, the beds were very comfortable, the AC did a perfect job considering it was really hot outside.

We've booked this place based on the reviews of others, so we didn't know anything about it in advance. It is located in the very center of Ruma, so if you want to go for a walk everything is close and you can easily do it. The breakfast included with reservation is nice addition and it's tasty and plenty. Staff is very communicative and helpful (we've forgotten something in our room, called the reception, and they checked the room and arranged for pickup with just one call). The room was clean and heating was great (as our visit was during winter). We will definitely return to this place, if we find ourselves in Ruma again!
