Great location, spacious and comfortable room, ok bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was tasty even though it was a bit limited in variety. The hosts were nice and friendly. This is my second visit to Chiang Rai and I would definitely recommend the place.

Alex and his family welcomed us in their lovely guesthouse. The room is comfortable and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating in the garden, great ac and wifi. The beds are hard (true south east Asia style) but it's exactly how we like it, so perfect for us, and you are given two blankets to choose how warm you want to be. Shower has great water pressure and hot water, and a hairdryer and towels are provided. Alex's wife and kids will prepare and serve a lovely breakfast of eggs and toast in the lovely patio. Tea, coffee and water are always available. Truly a lovely place to stay, tucked away in a quite street 10 minutes from the center of Chiang Rai, this is truly a lovely place to stay.

The staffs were so kind, the breakfast was amazing and we could rent bikes so we can cruze around tbe village. Also, the bed and bedding sheets were so clean like a hotel. We were amazed how affordable price can provide us more than enough. The pasta they cooked for us at night was great. The area is so local that we were feeling nice and calm. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great value!! My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the ac was sooo silent and efficient, the shower has good pressure and you can control the water temperature easily, plus the location is near the bus terminal, the night market, restaurants and grocery stores. Cannot recommend it more and would definitely be back!!

The beds are European style soft and comfortable unlike many other properties in Asia. This style of mattress is a unique find and a very good investment from the owner; on par with many 5 star hotels. It was like I was sleeping at home for a night. Vast and deep sleep. The shower was powerful and hot, again like home. Nice bathtub too! Thank you for this attention to the basics that matter.
