It is only a 10-minute bus ride to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and Zell am See ski areas. The owner Mr.Oliver was very kind and helpful even he recommended some place to visit and always taking care of the guests, the room was very clean and the breakfast was nice. Just note that there is no air conditioner in the room however there is a fan which worked perfectly for us. Recommend hotel 👍👍👍

The host was absolutely amazing – incredibly kind and helpful, and the same goes for her daughter. The location is perfect with a breathtaking view over the whole valley and Kals. It’s also just a minute away from both the grocery store and the bus stop, which made everything super convenient. The rooms were very nice and we didn’t miss a thing. Truly a top-class stay that I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
