The house was sparkling clean.

The room was very nice with good privacy and interesting features and trappings. Freshly laid eggs for breakfast. Owners very nice and friendly. Grounds were a not perfectly groomed but very nice in an organic way. The house itself is architecturally interesting as well, inside and out.

This place was a hybrid between a hotel and a cottage in the woods. It was clean and very peaceful. Waking up to the sound of birds after it rained was pleasant. We would definitely stay again. You can access the lake by walking a few steps.
