The location is perfect, on a quiet alley in the heart of the ancient city. But the best part of my stay was the attentive staff who helped with everything including guiding me to a good restaurant to taking me to a computer store for an adapter. They even helped me do laundry. Highly recommend.

The staff (ie Jing Jing) went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also helped organize our day trips. The A/C is strong relative to most places we have stayed at in China.
