the communication was excellent and we really appreciated the room upgrade
the young lady looking after the hotel whilst the owners were away was very polite and we will definitely stay here again
the view from the hotel is stunning and the location is excellent for the town restaurants and many many pubs!!!

A room with basic facilities, opposite the beach, just as we expected. Very good value (winter prices). Excellent meal in the evening. A tip. We rented a car for one day, and whilst street parking is very difficult in St Helier, we were able to park in the local car park in Cleveland Road, which after 5pm and all day Sunday, it's for free. Another tip. My wife could not connect to the WiFi. We asked the owner who rebooted the router, after which everything was perfect. The owners are good hosts and sympathetic.
