Less than a mile from John Lennon Airport, this family-run guest house is a 20-minute drive from Liverpool city centre. Gateway Lodge offers free parking and cosy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Pleasant stay in a quiet area which is very close to the airport. Quite convenient for early and late flights, as the airport is just a 10 minute walk away. The owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to see around Liverpool.

This really is a great place to stay. It’s close enough to a wonderful park for strolls and you can walk over to Lord street for all of the in town activities. There are good breakfast options, the place is clean and comfortable, wifi is reliable, and you can have a quiet night’s rest. Jane and Andy have done a great job - they’re so helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a solid choice if you’re visiting Southport.

The Adelphi Guest House offers well-appointed accommodation on England’s north-west coast, just 2 minutes’ walk from Southport Theatre and Convention Centre. Perfect location for our purposes. Caroline was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The room was extremely clean and tidy.

The Ambassador Townhouse is set in the centre of Southport, and only 10 minutes' walk from Southport Rail Station. Good family atmosphere, very clean, quiet. Delicious breakfast, good assortment, responsive to any questions and wishes. Tony cooks great, very attentive and friendly. Perfect weekend for me. The hotel exceeded all expectations!
