Located in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, near San Cristobal Cathedral and Santo Domingo Church San Cristobal de las Casas, the historic Casa Tequio features a garden. Everything. I felt so welcomed from the moment I made the booking. Esperanza has been so helpful and lovely. The place is stunning, very comfortable bed, great shared facilities and 25 minutes walking distance from the main bus station. Breakfast was delicious too. Sadly, I can only give 10. I wish I could rate more. If I'm back in San Cristóbal, here is where I'm going to go. A big "muchísimas gracias" a Esperanza and all the people working there.

Offering a shared lounge and inner courtyard view, Hostal Casa Gaia is set in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, 400 metres from San Cristobal Cathedral and 700 metres from Santo Domingo Church San Cristobal... We stayed for two nights in the wooden cabin and really enjoyed our time! The cabin is funky and cosy. The staff were really friendly. We joined in some hostel activities- a pool competition and a delicious family dinner that was restaurant quality! Great location too. We definitely recommend staying at Hostal Casa Gaia!!

Excellent friendly and efficient check in,. Loved the extra orientation for vegetables, near by resturants, market and town cwnter. Our 8ft car fit easily in the garage. Maybe the most comfortable bed in our year of travel. Very quiet. Wifi worked well. 6- 90 minute Wifi or zoom calls with one ten second delay. The small hotel (3 rooms on top floor) with a nice kitchen and living space. Excellent roof top deck with shade, tables and comfy seating, and a great view of the city and hills. Saw two parades.
