There is an outside sitting area and a refrigerator to keep our food. We enjoyed our breakfast over there in the morning.

However, this place was by far the best in terms of feeling welcome and feeling the warmth of Polynesian people. The bungalow is super clean, modern and has a range of cooking facilities. The host prepared us some wonderful dinner for a very reasonable price that we enjoyed with a most beautiful view of Papeete. The host also picked us up at the airport and dropped us off again in the middle of the night for our flight home. It was just the perfect way of finishing our holiday.

Breakfast was tasty and fresh and beautiful and set us up for a great day in Tahiti. Ingrid is one of the best hosts I've ever met. So personable and kind, we feel like we made a life friend. She was able to accommodate us when our flight was delayed and she was able to pick us up anyway. The property is gated, has everything you need, and we heard only 1 plane and it was not loud or disturbing at all. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

As we were on our honeymoon, it meant so much to be greeted by such a kind and genuine person. His home is exactly as pictured—if not even better. The pool was perfect, and one of the highlights of our stay was spending time with his lovely dog, Maya. She's such a calm and affectionate companion; we absolutely adored her. Jean-Philippe also gave us excellent recommendations during our stay, and the ones we followed were spot on. We also rented his car, which made getting around so much easier and more convenient. We're deeply grateful to have found someone like Jean-Philippe. Staying at his beautiful home was a wonderful experience, and our only regret is not being able to stay longer. We stayed in Vai Iti, which had an uninterrupted view of the sea and it was not visible by anyone; we had COMPLETE privacy and our own jacuzzi and hammock. The property is nestled up in the jungle and we were able to enjoy all the sounds of nature and no people sounds at all. (Due to the remote location, make sure you get a car!) All this combined with the extremely reasonable price and I would 110% stay here again.
