Tamanu Lodge is a great property located very close to the airport! It is also close to a shopping mall and restaurants. The room was very clean, big and had all necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The owner Vanina is an amazing person with a very generous and kind heart. She will make you feel at home and comfortable, make sure to chat with her! I’ll definitely be back on my next Tahiti trip!

The hostess is a truly lovely person. This is a 3 generation family home and I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. It’s not a 5-star hotel, it’s better in my opinion—a genuinely loving family home. The hostess sang for me a beautiful welcoming song about coconuts! That is special.

The place was SO new and clean! Beautiful facilities! I only stayed a night before my departure so I wasn’t able to use them but there was a beautiful yard, pool, lounge area and kitchen to use! The bed sheets were truly so soft, and the owners were so kind and accommodating, even giving me a ride to the airport at 5am!
