The location could not be better – easy parking right by the property, just a pleasant stroll into town, perfectly situated for exploring the entire island, and conveniently close to a large supermarket. We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Beautiful renovated house, full of history! Related to the Botanical garden of Ponta Delgada, which is right next door. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We spent New years and the views to the bay and fireworks was unbeatable! We would definitely come back again 😊

Clean, everything was new, they are providing enough amount if towels, the breakfast was big, tasty, a lot if variety, the staff was friendly and gave us suggestions on where to go, the kitchen well equipped and clean, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, they clean your room as many times you ask for.

It is situated 26 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon and offers bicycle parking. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and private check-in and check-out for guests. We spent two nights at Seaside House. The place is well placed as the city center is accessible by a 10 minutes walk. Lui and Romina are very nice and helpful, and gave us a lot of tips for the visit of the city and the Island. The room & rest of the house were very clean, ordered and well equipped. Some free food and coffee/tea are provided in the kitchen for breakfast, so we didn't have to make our own shopping for it. It was for us a great and warm welcome for our first nights on the magic island! We definitely recommend Lui and Romina's place!

Solar de Santo Andre is beautiful and historic. The location is fantastic. I have a wheat allergy and was offered special gluten free bread and cookies at breakfast. The breakfast was delicious! I stayed in the blue room and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed exploring the various rooms of the manor too. Eduarda was wonderfully helpful via WhatsApp. She helped me arrange an early check in and booked my taxi to the airport. I managed to lock myself in the washroom right before leaving, and Eduarda responded to my text and sent help within two minutes! Betania checked me in and showed me the house. We communicated via google translate, but it worked really well! Betania is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this!

Fairly new exceptionally clean apartment style villa. The owner was more than helpful answering questions and providing for our needs such as an early breakfast and information on restaurants. The room had adequate kitchen equipment to allow you to make easy meals. A large grocery store is a short distance away. The kitchen had a few basic herbs and spices that you could use. It was very quiet with a secure locked entrance after 5:00 that each guest had a remote to be able to enter.

Great 4 night stay for 2 couples spending 3 weeks in the Azores. A little tricky to find using Google maps. Ample parking, once we found it!! Easy walk to town along the ocean. Large grocery store and tasty restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed use of the kitchen for a couple simple dinners.

I absolutely loved my stay at City Stone House. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The common kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and more. On top of that, Emanuel is one of the best hosts I've met! He was super friendly and accommodating. He sent a huge list of places to visit which ended up being our main travel guide during our time in São Miguel. Couldn't recommend this place more! <3
