With city views, this accommodation provides a balcony. This 5-star homestay offers private entrance. Very new (only 3 months old!) so everything was in good shape. Free coffee and tea, and a small basket of snacks/instant noodles you’re welcome to take from. The owner is kind and even brought us breakfast an hour before we were set to leave, etc.

All units feature air conditioning and a satellite flat-screen TV. The units come with a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms come with a balcony and some have sea views. At the homestay, each unit includes bed linen and towels. The man who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly! We didn't know each other's languages but he made every effort to explain things and give local recommendations. The rooms were really clean, spacious, great water pressure. It was a great location too, being only a 5 minutes walk to the Jiufen Old Street and has a very scenic view of the mountains and coast. We were also very happy we could park in front of the hotel.

I was only staying for one night as part of my study abroad trip. When checking in, the owner asked if I needed her to drive me up to Jiufen when I said I was going to visit that afternoon/evening. I already had transportation arranged with some classmates, but it was so kind of her to ask. 🧡 The room was very clean and very comfortable too! The hotel was a cute B&B and only a five minute walk from the train station. Great location!

The homestay located in the middle of the hill. Very scenic and windy with birds chirping all around :) Upon check-in, met the owner Mr and Mrs Tsu, super nice people and shared with me good location where to go. The room is very spacious even to fit 4 people. Plus point Mimi the resident cat is always hanging around outside the house :) They have plenty of snack and free coffee on the pantry. Breakfast is free and tasty. They even send me to train station as i'm travelling alone from Ruifang to Toucheng. It was amazing stay with such a nice weather and environment !
