Steve is a great host! always pending queries and resolving them! The apartment was very clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay and more (mineral water in the refrigerator, coffee capsules, etc.) super recommended!
Beautiful, best location, close to White House and the only “safe spot “ in DC !! And you hear this from the locals . Bed sheets and towels are clean but why room is always dusty was beyond me !! ( I always have to dust off the room ). The rooms and furnitures are average old and in tear and wear conditions. Nevertheless we liked our room with big bathroom and nice windows to the street. Beautiful Lobby with polite doormen. Its restaurant was magnificent with service and quality of food.
The place is close to downtown, and is perfectly presentable. But two floors of it are used to house locals who seem to put 5 or 6 people in a two-bed room, and party all night: the noise was scary.
Good hostel, central and nicely arranged
this location is perfect for family, a lot of restaurants and bars plus a great view of the pier and yatch club. I heard from locals the wharf is the new location where they go and hangouts. I highly recommend Hyatt House.
The concierge service my son and his friends found the knowledge of your staff very informative.. we are from out of state and live in a resort town as well and wanted an honest feeling of where the “locals “ would go eat/ go .. ( not the tourist traps) .
Great location! Across the street from new Western Market with numerous food emporium possibilities. Also near Founding Farmers great hip casual restaurant and bar. Liked the historic hotel originally a private residence when built in 1926 and converted to a hotel in the 70's. Total opposite from chain hotels.
