Very quiet, it's protected from the street noise by being surrounded by other buildings. Very comfortable and clean room, with a lot of attention to detail: yellow lights, the bed side table lamp even has a rheostat for you to regulate the amount of light!! AC works well. Comfy bed, slept like a baby. Huge TV in the room, but I didn't use it. Sweetest lady welcoming you into the premises. I'd definitely come back

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. Lee and his wife were amazing. They helped with everything we needed. We ended up staying there three times, as Lee would let us leave our belongings at his place while we did the Ha Giang loop and went to Cat Ba. They gave us great recommendations for whatever we needed and we're always willing to help. We had such a nice time at the homestay and by the time we left they felt like family!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The owner is incredibly friendly and went out of her way to meet me upon arrival, even rushing over when I arrived a few hours early. The included breakfast was a lovely perk—just let her know what you'd like and what time, and she’ll make sure it’s ready for you! One small note: don’t forget to turn off the hot water system when done—something a bit new for me. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming spot with a prime location and excellent hospitality.

The host are amazing, they bring us food for dinner, help us booked our taxi for the next day early morning and she get up to wait the taxi with us, super nice!
