Great rooms with nice bathrooms. Big reception with lots of seating. Nice breakfast included in the price. Free bicycles. It's quiet but not far from the town where you can find restaurants, cafes etc...This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Vietnam. And Tam Coc is a beautiful place to cycle around. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Our room was simple but very clean, and the whole building felt quite new and well maintained. Breakfast was good every day, and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall, we had a great time and everything was perfect. We can definitely recommend this place!

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Ninh Binh, Cozy Beer Garden Homestay is a homestay surrounded by views of the mountain. They greeted us at the gate once we arrived and were very accommodating to anything we wanted. It’s a family run facility so you get to see the owners kids running around and playing. It was quiet and super close to town but far enough away that we didn’t hear the noise. They made us coffee in the morning and gave us a parting gift. Their hospitality was above and beyond. Helping to setup adventures and even helping when we got stuck in Sapa with no bud they helped to get us one. Communication was awesome throughout the entire time.
